The Downtown Westfield Neighborhood Association was formed in 2007 as a 501(c)(3) with the following mission:

1. Maintain and enhance the appearance, function and business climate of the downtown Westfield area.
2. Stimulate interest in and conduct cultural and educational activities in the downtown area for members of the general public.
3. Guide and promote development and redevelopment initiatives in the downtown area
4. Promote cooperation and joint programs among members of the Association, the City of Westfield, members of the general public and other interested organizations.

Goals

1. Continue to build membership and community involvement
2. Implement the Grand Junction Master Plan
3. Continue involvement with downtown beautification
4. Assist the city in economic development initiatives
5. Grow the Westfield Farmer’s Market, the Grand Junction Derby, Numa, and Westfield in Lights! Holiday celebration
6. Launch new events each year, including the Inaugural Westfield Rocks the 4th Battle of the Bands in 2010
